A "Leadership Club" has been set up at Alte University, headed by Tedo Chakvetadze, a student at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences.
The Leadership Club aims to establish and further develop leadership skills in students.
The club allows students to demonstrate their skills and deepen their leadership qualities in an informal environment through activities such as games, training, public lhttps://alte.edu.ge/ka/photos/shekhvedra-aleqsandre-jejelavastanectures, etc.
- The first project by the Leadership Club was held on March 17, where Marinus Mascant conducted a masterclass on various leadership contexts. The masterclass was attended by students, academic and administrative staff.
- On May 8, the Leadership Club organized a meeting with Gia Labadze, a former rugby player of the Georgian national team. Gia Labadze spoke about his experience and leadership skills during the meeting. The meeting was attended by members of the Leadership Club.
- On May 25, a meeting with Sandro Jejelava was organized by the Leadership Club at Alte University. Alexander Jejelava shared his experience of working in both the private and public sectors with the club's students. Based on specific examples, they describe the important qualities that leaders should have. At the end of the meeting a discussion was held, and students had the opportunity to ask interesting questions about the topic.
