External mobility for the Fall Semester of the 202-2027 academic year is starting at Alte University.
From August 24 through September 11, applicants for external mobility can register on the portal: https://students.emis.ge, where they can select Alte University from the list of universities and assign it as their first priority. To enrol at Alte University through the mobility process, students must fill out their personal details at the link following registration and share their transcript with us by September 16.

Prerequisite for admission: Successful completion of at least 50% of the selected courses at the home university.
Please note: Applications submitted without a transcript will not be considered.
List of required hard-copy documents to be submitted:
- Copy of ID card;
- Notarized copy of the document certifying full general education (High School Diploma) / Higher Education Diploma;
- Photo (3x4);
- Transcript (Grade Sheet);
- Extract from the enrolment order;
- Extract from the status termination order.
Deadline for document submission: October 9.
Special benefits apply to mobility applicants at Alte University:
- If the student's Grade Point Average (GPA) is 3.0 or higher, Alte University will fund 50% of the tuition fee for 1 year;
- A special discount applies to the Medical Program for mobility transfer students: the tuition fee will be 3,500 GEL instead of 3,950 GEL.
