Erasmus+ International Mobility Program for academic and administrative staff

Alte University’s academic and administrative staff have the opportunity to participate in the Erasmus+ International Mobility Program for the 2025–2026 academic year.

 

Partner Universities and Opportunities
 

1. Medical University of Plovdiv (Bulgaria)
 

The Medical University of Plovdiv invites the academic staff of Alte University to participate in Erasmus+ teaching mobility. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to deliver a minimum of 8 hours of lectures/seminars per week at the host university. The mobility includes 5 working days + 2 travel days.

  • Available places: 
  • Grant: 309 EUR (travel) + 740 EUR (accommodation/living expenses)
  • Eligible academic fields: Medicine, Dentistry
     

2. EKA University of Applied Sciences (Latvia)
 

EKA University of Applied Sciences invites 3 academic staff members of Alte University to participate in International Academic Week 2026, which will be held in Riga on 20–24 April 2026.
The event includes thematic seminars, lectures, workshops, cultural activities, and networking opportunities. Participants may also attend the etTECH2026 conference (22–23 April).

 

3. University of Alicante (Spain)
 

The University of Alicante invites Alte University’s academic staff to participate in Erasmus+ teaching mobility. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to deliver a minimum of 8 hours of lectures/seminars per week at the host university. The mobility includes 5 working days + 2 travel days.
The mobility is scheduled for the Fall semester of 2026.

  • Available places: 1
  • Eligible academic fields: Business Administration, Law, Medicine

 

Application Format and Selection Process
 

All interested candidates must complete internal registration at Alte University and submit the following documents in English, in PDF format:

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Topics and short descriptions of planned lectures/seminars (max. 2 pages)
  • Approval from the Dean or relevant department
  • Copy of passport
  • English language proficiency document (minimum B2 – CEFR)
     
    • If the candidate does not have such a document, language proficiency may be confirmed through professional experience, an interview, or an alternative reference.

 

Please note: Only candidates whose professional profiles meet the requirements of the partner universities will receive an official invitation from the host institution.

 

Evaluation Criteria
 

  • Motivation – 30 points (confirmed during the interview)
  • CV – 20 points
  • Recommendation – 20 points
  • Language competence – 20 points
  • Extracurricular/volunteering experience – 10 points

The final decision is made by the host university.
