Effective time management and planning

As part of the series of global skills workshops the first meeting about the topic: “Effective time management and planning”, was held at Alte University. At the workshop, along with a small theoretical material, students studied techniques that will help them effectively manage and plan their work, study, exam or personal time.

The workshop was conducted by a certified career consultant - Mariam Ediberidze, who is also a neuro-linguistic programming practitioner and coach, art therapy consultant and soft skills trainer.
