For freshmen

Please be informed that the academic year at Alte University will commence on September 23, 2024, except for the Georgian-language medicine program, the English-language medicine program, and the English-language computer science program, which will begin on October 14, 2024. Before then, please note the following important dates and associated steps:

  • September 9-12: Administrative registration and payment (excluding the Georgian-language medicine program, English-language medicine program, and English-language computer science program).
  • September  23-24: Administrative registration and payment for the Georgian-language medicine program, English-language medicine program, and English-language computer science program.
  • September 17-21: Academic registration/subject selection (excluding the Georgian-language medicine program, English-language medicine program, and English-language computer science program).
  • October 7-12: Academic registration for the Georgian-language medicine program, English-language medicine program, and English-language computer science program.
  • September 17-21: Orientation meeting at the university (including the Georgian-language medicine program, English-language medicine program, and English-language computer science program).

Administrative registration will be conducted online, and you will receive a link via SMS on your personal phone number on September 9. For applicants to the Georgian-language medicine program, English-language medicine program, and English-language computer science program, the link will be sent on October 1. The same link will also be available on Alte University’s website, www.alte.edu.ge, and on our Facebook page.

Documents required for registration:

  • Application form (available on the university portal)
  • Copy of identity card
  • Complete General Education Certificate
  • Photo (3x4 cm)
  • Copy of military registration certificate (for male students)
  • For underage first-year students, a copy of the parent’s or guardian’s identity card and the student’s birth certificate
