Attention First-Year Students!
We inform you that the academic year at Alte University will begin on September 29, 2025 for students enrolled in Business Administration, Tourism, Law, and Psychology programs, and on October 6 for students enrolled in Medicine (Georgian and English programs), Dentistry (English program), and Computer Science (Georgian and English programs).
Before the academic year begins, several important dates and corresponding steps must be noted:
- September 15–19 – Administrative registration and tuition fee payment;
- September 22–27 – Academic registration/course selection for students of Business Administration, Tourism, Law, and Psychology programs;
- September 29 – October 4 – Academic registration/course selection for students of Medicine (Georgian and English programs), Dentistry (English program), and Computer Science (Georgian and English programs).
For adult applicants, the administrative registration process will be conducted entirely online. A registration link will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s personal phone number on September 15 and will remain active until September 19. The registration link will also be available on Alte University's official website www.alte.edu.ge and Facebook page.
By September 26, applicants must physically submit a notarized copy of their school diploma and a 3x4 photo to the university.
For underage applicants, the administrative registration process will be conducted in two stages.
The first stage involves online registration and document upload between September 15–18.
In the second stage, the applicant must come to the university between September 16–18, accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and bring the following documents:
- ID card of the parent and/or legal guardian;
- Applicant’s birth certificate;
- Notarized copy of the applicant’s diploma (school certificate);
- 3x4 photo.
Documents to be uploaded during the online registration process (for both adult and underage applicants):
- Copy of personal identification document;
- Certificate of complete general education (diploma);
- Photo (3x4);
- Copy of military registration certificate (for male applicants);
- Application form (available on the university portal);

Attention! The applicant must submit all required documents within the administrative registration period. Otherwise, they will not be included in the President’s Order and will not obtain student status.
Applicants who do not/cannot complete administrative registration and do not obtain student status for the Fall Semester of the 2025–2026 academic year must apply to the university with a request to obtain student status no later than June of the following year, after the issuance of the President’s Unified Act.
Please note: Admission via this route excludes the possibility of utilizing a state study grant.
