Students are enrolled in the undergraduate programs of Alte University based on the results of the unified national exams or in accordance with other rules established by the legislation of Georgia. An applicant who successfully passes the unified national exams will be registered on the Alte University portal, the link of which you will receive as a short text message to your personal phone number from 12:00 on September 11.

Administrative registration involves uploading the required documents to the portal in electronic format and paying the amount, according to the relevant schedule, based on which the student's enrollment order is issued.
Term of administrative registration:
Administrative registration (uploading documentation; payment of tuition fees according to the student's individual schedule): September 11-15.
*The student chooses the tuition fee payment schedule individually during the administrative registration.

Important information
The administrative registration dates for first-year students for the Georgian and English-language programs of medicine and the English-language program of dentistry are: October 2 - 6, in connection with which you will receive an SMS message on your mobile number from 12:00 on October 2.
In the case of a minor applicant, administrative registration is carried out at Alte University accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, within the same period (October 2-6).
Academic registration dates are: October 9-13;
Documents to be uploaded during registration:
Application (application form can be found on the university portal); copy of identity card; high school graduation certificate (dedan) or professional education diploma (dedan); photo (3x4); copy of military registration certificate (for boys); in the case of a minor freshman, parent's identity card certificate or guardian's ID card.
*After completing the online registration, the original versions of the listed documents must be submitted to Alte University no later than October 1.
After issuing the order on administrative registration and student enrollment, academic registration (selection of subjects) begins: September 18-22, which is again carried out through the student portal.
