Art of CV writing & interview skills

On April 8th and 11th, Alte University hosted a workshop on curriculum vitae (CV) writing and interview techniques tailored for both Georgian and international students. The workshop featured speakers Tiko Janashvili, Head of the People and Culture Department at Caucasus Autoimport, and Nino Jinjolava, a Human Resources professional.

During the workshop, the speakers covered various aspects of job search strategies, the complete interview process, crafting effective CVs, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor, and preparing for interviews by addressing key considerations and current trends in the labor market.
