Natia Kalandarishvili-Mueller, Professor of School of Law and Social Sciences at Alte University, has published a new article in the prestigious international journal, the European Journal of International Law.
The article, titled “The Protection of Journalist Viktoriia Roshchyna under International Humanitarian Law,” provides a legal assessment of the actions taken against the Ukrainian journalist during the Russia-Ukraine war and analyzes the violation of international humanitarian law (IHL) norms.
