Alte University has launched a certificate course in Angular with the support of the USAID Economic Security Program

With the support of USAID's Economic Security Program, Alte University is launching a certificate course in Angular for experienced and novice IT professionals.

The goal of the joint course of Alte University and USAID's Economic Security Program is to respond to the challenge in Georgia, which is related to the shortage of professional personnel in the IT field. It is essential to actively involve interested people from different regions of Georgia in the project; among them, particular emphasis is placed on the involvement of women. Most successful graduates will have the opportunity to practice in one of Georgia's most prominent leading companies, receive a certificate, and master one of the most demanding and well-paid professions.

"We are delighted to partner with Alte University to support thirty experienced and aspiring IT professionals to improve their Angular skills, helping them land high-paying positions in the ICT sector." Acquired skills will give each course participant many opportunities and create a suitable learning environment where they will get theoretical knowledge and valuable experience. Said Mark McCord, head of USAID's economic security program.

Registration for the certificate program will begin on September 27. The participants will be selected in two stages—as a result of the testing and individual interviews. The selected candidates will start studying for the 6-month program in early November. The number of participants is limited, and their selection will be based on individual interviews
