Alte University has joined the European Association for Medical Simulation Education (SESAM).
This association was founded 30 years ago in Copenhagen, Denmark, and today it integrates multiple structural components in the fields of education, research, and administration. These include a special accreditation program, distance learning, the publication of a scientific journal, an ethics code for simulation approaches used in medicine and healthcare, a professional mentorship program, a student olympiad, and more.
The main goal of SESAM is to promote the mastery of simulation techniques in healthcare and the development of qualified professionals, in response to modern challenges and technological advancements.
Joining the organization is especially significant for Alte University, which, with the support of its simulation-based education and training center, provides the latest knowledge and skills to students of its International Medical School.
