Alte University at the ELFA 2026 Annual Conference on Legal Education

The Dean of the School of Law and Social Sciences of Alte University, Ketevan Tskhadadze, attended the 2026 Annual General Meeting and Conference of the European Law Faculties Association (ELFA).

 

The event took place on April 17–18 at the University of Deusto in Bilbao, bringing together representatives of leading law schools from various countries.

 

This year’s conference focused on the theme: “Artificial Intelligence and Legal Education: Exploring the Impact of AI on Legal Education and the Legal Profession.” Discussions centered on the role of artificial intelligence in legal education and its implications for the future development of the legal profession.

 

The European Law Faculties Association (ELFA), founded in Leuven in 1995, currently includes more than 150 member institutions from 49 countries. The School of Law and Social Sciences of Alte University became a member of the association in 2024.

 

ELFA serves as a leading international platform for academic exchange and professional dialogue in the field of legal education and research.
