Alte University and the University of Coimbra in Portugal have signed a memorandum of cooperation.
The University of Coimbra, founded in Lisbon in 1290, is one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in Europe. The University of Coimbra is a leader in scientific research in Portugal and one of the most important academic and scientific institutions in Europe. The university covers almost all disciplines and hosts students and academic/scientific staff from all over the world.
The memorandum of cooperation aims to establish academic, scientific and cultural cooperation between the Alte University and the University of Coimbra.
The collaboration offers a wide range of opportunities for students, academic and administrative staff and includes:
- Joint seminars, conferences and other academic events;
- Joint research projects;
- Cultural exchange activities;
- Joint participation in international courses;
- Sharing of laboratory and bibliographic resources.
