As part of Alte University’s student career support initiatives, and at the initiative of the Student Experience Management Department, a representative of GMT Hospitality met with students from the School of Business.
During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to gain detailed insights into the company’s operations, corporate culture, and the specifics of the hospitality industry. Students received information about professional development, career advancement, and employment opportunities, while also learning about the company’s recruitment system and key stages of the employee selection process.
Representatives of GMT Hospitality shared practical industry experience, discussed various career development pathways, and presented success stories from the field, helping students gain a deeper understanding of the industry and evaluate their future professional opportunities.
As part of the visit, Alte University and GMT Hospitality signed a Memorandum of Understanding, aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two organizations and creating new educational and career opportunities for students.
Alte University continues to collaborate with leading employers to provide students with diverse opportunities for practical experience and professional development. Through its partnership with GMT Hospitality, additional joint initiatives will be implemented in the future to support students’ career growth and enhance their readiness for the labor market.
