Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane (AUI) is an independent, not-for-profit public university in Morocco, established in 1993 and officially inaugurated in 1995. The university follows an American-style liberal arts model, with English as the language of instruction. AUI offers undergraduate and graduate programs in business, engineering, social sciences, and humanities. A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Alte University and Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane (AUI). The collaboration offers diverse opportunities for students, academic, and administrative staff to gain international experience. The agreement between the universities will facilitate the organization of exchange programs for academic staff and students, joint research projects, exchange of teaching materials and literature, as well as the development of joint academic programs.
