Please be reminded that the administrative registration process at Alte University will be conducted from September 9 to 12, with the exception of the Georgian-language, English-language, and English-language Computer Science programs in the field of Medicine.
Administrative registration will be conducted online, and you will receive the link via SMS to your personal phone number on September 9. Applicants for the Georgian-language, English-language, and English-language Computer Science programs in Medicine will complete their administrative registration on October 1. The same link will also be available on the Alte University website at www.alte.edu.ge and on the university's Facebook page.
Administrative registration involves uploading the required documents in electronic format to the portal and making the payment according to the specified schedule, based on which the student enrollment order will be issued.
Administrative Registration Deadline:
- Administrative registration (document uploading and tuition fee payment according to the student's individual schedule) will take place from September 9 to 12, with the exception of the Georgian-language, English-language, and English-language Computer Science programs in Medicine.
- The student selects their individual tuition payment schedule during the administrative registration process.
Minors:
Note: For minor applicants, administrative registration will be carried out in two stages. The first part of the registration will be completed online, and then you must visit Alte University in the presence of a parent or legal guardian from September 10 to 12 (between 12:00 and 17:00) to finalize the administrative registration (address: University Street N2).
For minor applicants to the English-language programs in Medicine and Computer Science, administrative registration will be conducted on October 2 and 3 (between 12:00 and 17:00) (address: University Street N2).
Documents required for registration:
- Application form (available on the university portal)
- Copy of identity card
- Complete General Education Certificate
- Photo (3x4 cm)
- Copy of military registration certificate (for male students)
For underage first-year students, a copy of the parent’s or guardian’s identity card and the student’s birth certificate
* After completing the online registration, you must submit the original versions of the listed documents to Alte University no later than October 1.
Attention! Applicants must submit all required documents within the specified deadlines for administrative registration. Failure to do so will result in not being included in the President’s order and not obtaining student status. Applicants who do not complete administrative registration and do not obtain student status for the Fall semester of the 2024-2025 academic year must submit a written request to the university to obtain student status by June of the following year, no later than the issuance of the President’s unified decree.
Note: Registration through this method excludes the possibility of utilizing the awarded state educational grant.
