According to the 2018 International Standards, Alte University has full authorization.All educational programs are accredited and funded by state grants. 

Admission rules at Alte University

How is admission to the undergraduate program?
Enrollment in Alte University undergraduate programs is based on the results of the unified national examinations or in accordance with other rules established by the legislation of Georgia. Entrants who successfully pass the Unified National Examinations shall apply to Alte University for on-site enrollment within the time limit set for registration of entrants or fill out an electronic application form from the university website and submit the following documents:

  • Statement
  • Copy of ID card
  • High school graduation certificate (original) or vocational education diploma (original)
  • Color photo-image 2 pieces, size 3 X 4 printed and an electronic version on disk
  • Copy of military registration certificate (for boys) in the case of minor students, a parent ID card, or guardian ID card.

Applicants must submit all required documents within the time frame set for administrative registration. The Enrollment order is canceled in the respective entrant's enrollment part.

An entrant who does not apply to the University within the registration period and consequently cannot be placed in the order of the Rector is entitled to submit an application for enrollment from the issuance of the Unified Act of the President until June of the following year.

Note: Enrollment of the entrant in this way excludes the possibility of using the obtained state education grant.
How is admission to the graduate program?

Those wishing to pass the common master exam in 2022 will be selected by only one type of test. The test will still consist of 4 parts: reading comprehension, analytical writing, logical reasoning, and quantitative reasoning. see the common master exam guide for more information.


The competition for enrollment in the master's program is open to anyone with any profession who exceeds the minimum competency threshold for the common master's exams in at least 3 of the 4 parts of the examination test.

Alte University, on the other hand, does not specify a higher level of competence in any part of the test and does not specify which three parts of the test must be exceeded.


It Should be noted that having a bachelor's degree in law is a prerequisite for enrollment in the master of laws program.


During the enrollment process, the university enrolls applicants who have passed the threshold program for the master's program only according to the results of the exams appointed by them. A Master's candidate who has successfully passed the common Master's exam will apply to the university for enrollment and submit the following documents:



  • Copy Of ID card
  • Autobiography (CV)
  • Color photograph 1 Piece, Size 3 X 4 Printed
  • An electronic version on-disk copy of the military registration certificate (for boys)
  • Notarized copy of diploma supplement (Copy)


To gain student status, a master's degree candidate must pass internal University exams. The exam in the specialty is conducted in the form of an interview, which tests the candidate's critical and logical thinking skills, His/Her personal skills, and in the case of regulated specialties, the knowledge of the field is also tested. The test is conducted in English in the form of a test and the contestant must prove language proficiency at the B2 level.

How is mobility process at Alte University?

The external mobility of the spring semester of the 2022–2023 academic year begins at Alte University.


Students wishing to transfer to Alte University for external mobility in the spring semester of the 2022-2023 academic year must register on the electronic portal - https://students.emis.ge/superphoto.jpg.
At the time of registration, students should indicate Alte University as the first place in the list of universities.


External mobility registration period: from January 30, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. to February 8, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.



Documents required for enrollment are:


  • Statement addressed to the President of the University
  • Copy of ID
  • Certificate / Diploma (copy)
  • Student study card
  • a copy of the enrollment order from the home university
  • Certificate of student status
  • Copy of pre-conscription military registration certificate (for boys)


Documents to be submitted after enrollment:


  • Certificate(original) or notarized diploma copy
  • 2 pieces of 3X4photo

Does Alte University have exchange programs?
Alte University, with its extensive international institutional collaboration and strategic partners in the local and international markets, can attract both international students, researchers, and professors, as well as provide foreign experience to its students and science.
